We use cookies to store your personal preferences. This does NOT include your name, address or any financial details.  We also use Google Analytics so that we can obtain information on the number of visitors and the popularity of various pages. Google does not provide us with information on your visiting habits as an individual.

These are carried as a service and we do not endorse any advertiser or any website etc. that we supply a link to. Our actual links may indicate that you have been referred from this site although it will not identify you as an individual. We do not ask our advertisers to supply information on who has used a link although we may discuss quantities of users when negotiating terms.

The personal data that you provide will be stored as paper and/or computer records by the Hardy Plant Society and used for administrative purposes only. It will not be disclosed to anyone outside the Society and its local and special interest groups without your permission. Obviously, this does not apply to group contacts, officers and trustees of the HPS where we openly publish contact details. It also does not apply to authors, photographers, illustrators, speakers and plant breeders where we are delighted to recognise their hard work by publishing their name.
