The Display
The display: ‘A Modern Garden by Hardy Planters’

The HPS Cheshire & Friends group have been awarded a Gold medal for their stand at the 2010 RHS Flower Show at Tatton Park. The theme is:

A Modern Garden by Hardy Planters

The design is our interpretation of a modern garden, with the use of clean strong lines and an abundance of planting which represents our love and passion for hardy plants.

The use of colour has been restricted to predominantly black, silver, lime and purple emphasising the modern theme of the design.

A water rill and seating area have been included to give the impression that the garden belongs to someone.

The design was chosen to show the diversity in our membership. Some people have the impression that to be a member of the HPS you need to have a large garden in the countryside, this is not so.

Even in a small garden or courtyard an oasis can be created.

Where better place to be, to relax and unwind, than to be surrounded by beautiful plants that will give enjoyment and pleasure for many years to come.
