HPS connection; bred by Jane Sterndale-Bennett, former HPS Chairman, in her garden White Windows, Hampshire.

Brief description of plant
Small, succulent perennial with low, spreading habit.

15cm x 35cm

Rounded clusters of maroon-pink star-shaped flowers.

Dove grey/green rounded glaucous leaves on pinkish-green spreading stems.

Flowering Time
August - Sept

Soil type
Any well-drained soil.

Full sun

Pests and diseases
Generally no problems.

Drought tolerant plant for front of the border or rockery.

Pieces pulled away at the base root easily in gritty compost or take stem cuttings.
